Featured on Kwiat Jabłoni‘s Przesilenie (‘Solstice’) 2026 album and tour, Przed rozkwitem (‘Before blooming’ or ‘pre-bloom’), is a colourful, energetic and lyrical overture for orchestra, that quotes many of the band’s songs. In the original, the piece segues directly to the following song; I have since added a few closing bars so that the piece can be performed as a standalone work.
Below are two scores available for download: A version orchestrated for classical Sinfonietta, and the original instrumentation. Parts are available upon request, as is a larger symphonic version with low brass.
